Frequently asked questions

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Choose your alliance to start a 7-day free trial with Pro features, no card needed. The trial is available once per user and once per alliance. Buying during the trial starts your paid plan immediately.
What happens when the trial ends?
After the trial your data stays, read-only. Nothing is deleted: everyone can still view the alliance and export its data as CSV, while edits, imports and sync pause until the owner chooses Small, Pro or Server Bundle.
Do members and officers pay?
No. Members and officers are unlimited and free on every plan. Only the workspace owner pays, once per kingdom workspace, however many Lords and officers use it.
Which alliances can I track?
Any alliance in the top 50 of its kingdom’s official alliance ranking, which is the list the game shows. During setup you pick your alliance from that ranking. Small and Pro manage one alliance; Server Bundle manages up to three in the same kingdom. Public kingdom rankings are free for everyone.
Which email providers work?
Sign-in uses a six-digit code sent by email, so any address that receives our mail works, such as Gmail, iCloud, Yahoo, GMX or Proton. Outlook, Hotmail and Live addresses aren’t receiving our emails right now, so please sign up with another address. If you already have an account, you can also sign in with a passkey.
What is LordTracker?
A workspace for Top Lords alliance leaders and officers. Every plan includes your kingdom’s rankings and private tools for the alliances you manage: Lords, VS, donations, hero power, Alliance Trade, battles, events and the alliance calendar.
How does auto-sync work?
Auto-sync keeps your alliance’s roster and your kingdom’s rankings current without screenshots. VS points, donations and event results still come from screenshot imports, CSV files or manual entry. It is included in Pro and Server Bundle, and your dashboard shows when the last sync ran.
How does the AI screenshot import work?
Take screenshots in Top Lords, such as VS, donations, hero power, battles or your roster, and upload them to your workspace. AI reads the names and numbers and matches them to your Lords, and you review every row before anything is saved. Screenshots are only used to process your import.
Can my officers help manage the alliance?
Yes, on every plan. Invite managers by email and assign each one to the alliance they run; they only see what they’re assigned. Billing and plan changes stay with the workspace owner.
Is my alliance data private?
Yes. Your workspace, imports and history are visible only to you and the people you invite. Owners and managers can choose to publish approved alliance sections; officer records remain private. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
